If you would like to set up an appointment with me, please feel free to call, text, email or send a Calendly request. I will contact you as to setting up your appointment, and also answer any questions you might have.

Prior to your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a Client Intake Form.  These forms will be emailed to you after you and I set up a date and time for your appointment.  After you complete it, you can either email it back or bring it to your next session.  

If you are interested in purchasing any essential oils, please feel free to talk with me, or visit my Young Living site. Please use my Member ID 12731187 if you sign up.

If you are interested in an Aromatherapy Massage, you will be asked to complete an Aromatherapy Intake Form.  This form will also be emailed to you; please return it prior to your appointment so I can set up the proper Aromatherapy session.
