Sound healing is an alternative therapy that uses specific sounds and vibrations to promote health and well-being, often through practices like sound baths and music therapy. The sound vibrations of the sound healing instruments penetrate deep into the tissue. This can improve blood circulation and metabolism, regulate muscle tension and deeply stimulate the tissue. Moreover, regeneration and repair mechanisms are stimulated. Sound healing is both activating and relaxing – so it also has a refreshing effect.
